Italy: lesbian teenager attacked

Lisa says she didn’t pay attention to that man right away but at the Porta Nuova metro exit he began to rail against her.  “I didn’t think it could be directed at me because I wasn’t doing anything wrong,” she said, until the man approached and grabbed her by the arm. “He forced me to turn around, then he put his face almost against mine shouting that I was dressed as a boy and I sucked” she continued, “shouting many times ‘bloody lesbian’. Then suddenly I got punched in the face and everything went black. I doubled over. ”

And again: “When I bent down he started throwing punches at my side. Then because I do boxing, I put the fear aside and threw a punch and a hook at him”. “As soon as I saw him on the floor, even though I was sick and couldn’t see from one eye, I started running towards the bus” she continued, “I just wanted to get away from that place as quickly as possible”.
Although it was a school and work day and it was rush hour, eight o’clock in the morning, nobody intervened.

La storia di Lisa, ragazza lesbica torinese di appena 16 anni, è stata raccontata e resa pubblica dall’agenzia stampa Pressenza.

Lisa racconta di non aver prestato subito attenzione a quell’uomo. Lui, però, all’uscita della metro Porta Nuova, ha iniziato a inveire. «Non ho pensato che potessero diretti a me, non stavo facendo niente di male», racconta. Finché l’uomo non si è avvicinato e l’ha afferrata per un braccio. «Mi ha costretta a girarmi, poi ha messo il suo viso quasi contro il mio gridandomi che ero vestita da maschio e che facevo schifo – continua -, gridando numerose volte lesbica di merda. Poi all’improvviso mi è arrivato un pugno in faccia ed ho visto tutto nero. Mi sono piegata su me stessa».

E ancora: «Quando mi sono piegata ha iniziato a tirarmi pugni sul costato. Allora visto che faccio boxe, ho messo da parte la paura e gli ho tirato un pugno ed un gancio». «Appena lo ho visto per terra anche se avevo male e non vedevo da un occhio ho iniziato a correre verso l’autobus – continua la ragazza -, volevo solo andare via da quel posto il più velocemente possibile».
Nonostante fosse un giorno di scuola e lavorativo e fosse l’ora di punta, le otto del mattino, nessuno è intervenuto. Nessuno.
