A 20-second video captures the assault – one woman is on the ground and her attacker kicks her in the head. She and her girlfriend are 22 and 29 years old. They have been living together for three years in one of the Atc apartments in via Adamello in Novara, a difficult neighborhood. They were attacked by two neighbours because they are lesbians. Their lawyer Maurizio Antoniazzi presented their complaint to the prosecutor’s office yesterday. “We ask that a charge of attempted murder is considered”, explains the lawyer, as the kick to the head could have killed the victim. The woman, the younger of the two, was hospitalized and then discharged with a thirty-day recovery prognosis for a broken nose and a fractured orbit.

Lei le la sua fidanzata hanno 22 e 29 anni, convivono insieme da tre anni in uno degli appartamenti Atc di via Adamello a Novara, un quartiere complicato. Sono state aggredite perché sono lesbische da due vicini di casa.
