A father is being prosecuted for repeated death threats because of sexual orientation.
This father does not approve of his daughter, a young adult, being homosexual. On the 14th of last July, this forty-year-old man, furious and armed with knives, went in search of his daughter in Uzès. The girl is the victim of his threats since October 2018.
Charged with repeated death threats on the grounds of sexual orientation, the father appeared before the criminal court on Tuesday and was given time to defend himself at his request.

Ce père de famille ne supporte pas que sa fille, une jeune adulte, soit homosexuelle. Le 14 juillet dernier, ce quadragénaire, furieux, armé de couteaux, est parti à la recherche de sa fille à Uzès. La jeune fille est victime de menaces depuis le mois d’octobre 2018.
Poursuivi pour menaces de mort réitérées en raison de l’orientation sexuelle, le père de famille a comparu ce mardi devant le tribunal correctionnel et a obtenu, à sa demande, un délai pour se défendre.
