A lesbian has said she was raped at the age of 15 by her father in order to ‘make her straight.’ The South African woman, known only as Mubizana, also accused her uncle and his friend of raping her on the same day, when her grandmother had left home to visit relatives in Dennilton, Limpopo, in the north-east of the country.
The heartbreaking Twitter thread comes as South African LGBT people struggle to come to terms with multiple horrific attacks on the community, including the torture, rape, murder and burning of married lesbian couple Joey and Anisha van Niekerk.

Listening to Lesbians 
I cannot read pink news, it is so sensationalist and full of ads. I just can’t bring myself to go there and they were so critical of the Get the L Out lesbians protesting at London Pride, calling them ‘anti trans’ and ‘transphobic’. Being pro lesbian is NOT transphobic. But thanks for bringing lesbian new to the fore!

Why do males always think visiting violence on a woman is going to change her mind?? Is it because they’re stupid? Is it because all the violence they do has shrunk their brains, rendering them no smarter than your average monkey? Why are males so mentally deformed?
